Because of the technology utilized in our smart IR beams, our turnstiles can pick up on changes in the local environment such as the weather, condensation building up, and other factors that would throw off a typical optical style gate in this setting. The products are rated to be fully weatherproof and do not require any kind of additional protection or enclosure.
